We offer a variety of portable projectors and screens that you can rent. These projectors start at a brightness of 3500 ANSI Lumen and go even brighter.
We have a wide range of projectors and screens including:
- Small Portable Projectors, Stands and 6ft Pop-up Screens
- Larger Corporate and Event screens as well as Suitable Projectors for display
- Rear Projection Screens and Projectors.
- Additional adaptors (such Mini DP, Mini HDMI and USB C).
- Additional Add-ons such as Speaker Systems and Laptop Rental.
Lots of different people and groups use our rental equipment. This includes businesses, charities, and regular folks too. We’ve helped out with all sorts of occasions – weddings, parties, school events, birthdays, and even more somber events like funerals and celebrations of life.

Delivery & Collection
To determine the delivery charge based on distance, we typically need to know the starting point (our location) and the destination address. Once we have this information, we can calculate the distance using mapping tools or GPS systems. Then, depending on our company’s policy, we may have a standard rate per mile or kilometer, or we may have a tiered pricing structure based on distance bands.As for the free equipment collection offer for projectors, screens, portable sound equipment, and lighting rigs, customers can arrange to collect these items (please enquire). This service aims to provide convenience and flexibility for our customers in returning equipment after use.
