Delivery & Collection
To determine the delivery charge based on distance, we typically need to know the starting point (our location) and the destination address. Once we have this information, we can calculate the distance using mapping tools or GPS systems. Then, depending on our company’s policy, we may have a standard rate per mile or kilometer, or we may have a tiered pricing structure based on distance bands.As for the free equipment collection offer for projectors, screens, portable sound equipment, and lighting rigs, customers can arrange to collect these items from either Magor (near Newport) or Cwmbran. This service aims to provide convenience and flexibility for our customers in returning equipment after use.
